1. Fitness Unit: Works around two nationally acclaimed programs the Jump Rope for Heart and the President's Physical Fitness Challenge. Also, focuses in circuit training approach that allows the students to learn about their bodies and how to keep them healthy.

2. manipulative Unit: I will use team sports as the theme to teach students in a lead-up game format, the basic skills necessary for each sport. Trust, cooperation, problem solving, teamwork and support are goals of each unit.

3. Rhythms and Dance Unit: involves fun activities that integrates music with physical activity. Units such as lummi sticks and parachute play focus on developing fine and gross motor skills, coordination, rhythm awareness, creativeness and increases concentration and listening skills.
Dance (Bunny Hop, Hokey Pokey)
4. Basic Locomotor Units: Focus on individual sports such as gymnastics, dance, bowling, and tennis. Fundamental elements necessary to play such sports are practiced in a non-competitive play where students progress at their own ability.
