WELCOME TO THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR!
Once again, it is a new year and the chance to start fresh. For those going into 9th grade, the transition from middle school to high school is always an ongoing challenge with a continuous increase in social pressures and class rigor each year. For all students, be sure to develop good work and study habits early on so you do not catch yourself falling behind in class. Stay focused and have a great year!
I will be working with the 9th - 12th grade classes to assist them in making a successful transition to the next grade and throughout their high school years. Each year together, we will work to develop positive work and study habits, time management and a four-year college or career plan. I will work in groups and one-on-one with students who are having difficulty in their academics, peer relationships, create their 4-year plan, scheduling, academic testing requirements, etc. I will continue to monitor your child's progress throughout each marking period so they stay on track and graduate on time.
The students I am assigned to and will work closely with over the next four years are students with the last name of F-Mi.
I am located in the HS Guidance Office two doors down on the left from the HS Main Office.
