DOVER HIGH SCHOOL 2014-2105 Goals


Goal #1:  100% of teachers will partake in a planning and reflection Cognitive Coaching conference on two walkthroughs.

 

Goal #2:  A minimum of 30% of teachers will participate in after-school Professional Development.

 

Goal #3:  100% of teachers will administer common midterms that will be used to inform instruction.

 

Goal #4:  100% of PLCs will review common assessment data to inform instruction and interventions.

 

Goal #5:  100% of Study hall classes will follow new protocols and procedures.

 

Goal #6:  30% of teachers will participate in Peer Observations to promote a common understanding of the classroom environment and best practices.

 

Goal #7:  20 Students will go through the RTI Meeting process to positively reinforce academic success.

 

Goal #8:   100% of teachers will enforce the attendance policy that allows no unscheduled students in their rooms without a legal pass.

 

Goal #9:  25% increase in parent attendance at Open House.

 

Goal #10:   100% of parents will have knowledge of the new DCA policy.
