The Dover Union Free School District provides transportation services to students in Grades K-12 who attend non-public schools and who live within a fifteen (15) mile limit.  The mileage is measured from the student's home to the school he/she is attending.  If you are the parent or guardian of a student, and legally reside within the Dover Union Free School District, and wish transportation to and from a non-public school for the 2019/2020 school year, you must complete the form below and submit to:
