*Homework every night:  Read your independent reading book and

practice multiplication facts!!!

I will be using ClassDojo for homework assignments.

Students should be reading every night for at least 15 minutes.

  Homework:

Fourth grade students will recieve homework almost every night.  Unfinished class work is additional homework.  When students are absent, it is their responsibility to make up any missed work.  Absent students will have the amount of days missed to makeup any missed work.  However they are still responsible for keeping up with all their work when they return.

Parents are expected to check homework nightly to see that it is complete and directions have been followed.  Parents are also expected to check and sign the agenda book nightly.

It is expected that each student use his or her agenda book effectively.  This includes copying down daily assignments, obtaining a parent or guardian's signature nightly, and returning the book to school each day.

If a student does not hand in an assignment on time, they will receive a note in their agenda book.  Any missed assignments will be made up during a working recess time.
