BIRTHDAYS:  If your child has a birthday and you would like to celebrate in school, please send me a note or call me to arrange for the celebration. Summer birthdays will be celebrated in June.

If your child is late or absent, please send in a note to explain why your child was not in school.  The note is forwarded to the Nurse's office.

Each month we will send home Book Club flyers with a selection of books that you can purchase.  If you want to purchase books from the monthly selections, you can fill out the slip and return it with the correct amount to pay for the books.  Please put the order form and payment in a sealed envelope. Please observe the return date. we will not accept any orders past the date written on the order form. ( Only cash will be accepted!! NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED)

                           Snack Time

The Kindergarten children will be eating lunch at 12:00-12:30 each day.  We will have snack everyday in the morning.

The students will be going outside for recess before lunch. Recess will be at 11:15am-11:45am.

The children have a short snack time (approx. 15 minutes) everyday in the classroom.  Each child needs to bring in his/her own  HEALTHY  snack.  Snacks are kept in the cubbies until it is time for us to eat. It is not a good idea to send in a snack that needs to be kept cold.

Please separate the snack from your child's lunch. It can be confusing and sometimes they will eat their snack at lunch.

School hours this year are 8:25 -3:00. Please have your child arrive to school on time. Please try to arrange appointments for your children after school. We know that is not always possible and we thank you for doing your best to see that your child is in school for the full time each day.

If you have any questions, please send me a note or call me at school. I can be reached between 7:45 - 8:15 AM and 11:20-12:00 AM. At other times, please leave your name and number and I will call you back as soon as I can.  It may be in the evening. Our school telephone number is 877-5720. You can also email me at:
