Legal/General Counsel Services Proposal- 2018-2020 School Years:

The Dover Union Free School District, in accordance with Section 104-b of the General Municipal Law and Dover Union Free School District Board Policy, hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals to the Dover Union Free School District for Legal/General Counsel Services for the 2018-2020 school years.

Sealed proposals are to be placed in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked “Legal/General Counsel Services Proposal” and submitted to Christopher Prill, Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs, Dover Union Free School District, 2368 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY 12522, where they will be received until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened.

Substitute training will take place on March 4, 2019 from 10-11 am in the MS/HS Library Conference room. There is no need to register in advance.
Registration can be done at https://on.ny.gov/2CWZn51 The forms require the Social Security numbers of all property owners and proof of income.
The Smart Schools Investment Plan BOE vote will take place on January 22, 2019. There will be a public hearing on January 8, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the high school library. As per Board Policy: The parent or person in parental relation of a parochial or private school child residing in the district who desires his or her child to be transported to a parochial, private, or charter school outside of the District during the next school year, must submit a written request to the Board no later than April 1 of the preceding year, or within 30 days of moving into the District.
