Policy Committee: This committee meets for one (1) hour, every other month during the school year to review, discuss and update district policies. Typically, meetings are held on Tuesdays at 5pm prior to the start of the Board meeting. The committee is made up of the Superintendent, District Clerk, and no more than 4 Board of Education trustees. The committee meeting dates and time are posted at the start of the school year and meetings are open to the public. The committee is guided by policy revisions from Erie One BOCES. 

Audit Committee: This committee meets for one (1) hour, every other month during the school year. Typically, meetings are held on Tuesdays at 5pm prior to the start of the Board meeting. The committee is made up of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Business, and no more than 4 Board of Education trustees. The committee meeting dates and time are posted at the start of the school year and meetings are open to the public. The committee meets with the external auditor to review the annual audit and assists in the development of the budget.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: This committee meets for one (1) hour, four (4) times during the school year, typically on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. Meetings are held virtually through GoogleMeets. The committee is composed of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Board of Education trustees, faculty/staff, and parents.  The committee is open to anyone interested in attending.

District Oversight Committee (DOC): This committee meets for one (1) hour, every other month during the school year, typically on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. Meetings are held virtually through GoogleMeets. The committee is made up of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Board of Education trustees, faculty/staff, and parents. The committee is open to anyone interested in attending. The purpose of this committee is to provide input on documents and plans such as the Counseling Plan, Code of Conduct, Technology Plan, Continuous Improvement Plans, etc. 

Health & Wellness Committee: This committee meets for one (1) hour, every other month during the school, typically on Tuesday from 3:30-4:30pm. The committee is made up of the Superintendent, the Director of Food Service, Board of Education trustees, School Nurse, Health/Physical Education Teacher, and the Nutrition educator from Snap Ed New York Cornell Cooperative Extension.
