Hello Students and Families! Here are your weekly updates and reminders from DHS. Please reach out with any questions.
Any students who will be Juniors or Seniors next year and think they may want to drive to school should plan on attending the CAPE Teen Driving session on Tuesday, April 14th in the auditorium. Please arrive between 6:30-6:45 to sign in. The session starts promptly at 7:00 and no one is allowed to enter after 7:00. Click here for more information about the session. You must go with an adult and both student and adult must complete the brief survey at the end of the session in order to be marked as having attended. Current Juniors who attended a CAPE Teen Driving session in spring 2025 or fall 2025 do not need to attend. Please see Mr. Latvis or Ms. Shultz with any questions.
The DMS AVID 8 class is organizing donations for animal rescue. Please click here for the flyer and reach out to Ms. Kuester (danielle.kuester@doverschools.org) with any questions.
A group of Juniors visited the DCC Mechatronics Lab to learn more about the opportunities available to them as Seniors next year. We are so pleased to have such a valuable partnership with DCC! The Lab will train students for careers in robotics, manufacturing, and so many technical fields that are in HIGH demand! It is never too early to think about your future!

Congratulations to these students on earning Dover PRIDE Awards for demonstrating one or more of the following DHS attributes: Purpose, Resilience, Integrity, Dedication, Excellence
